Saltech Design Labs turns plastic waste, construction and demolition waste, and industrial waste into polymer composite building materials — alternatives to conventional concrete and cement. A patented MECH-THERMOFUSION process mixes filler/aggregate with polymer at a controlled temperature so each particle absorbs polymer, then moulds a homogeneous monolithic structure. The same company builds carbon-negative building-integrated photovoltaics (BIPV): Solar Paver Tiles, Solar Facades, and interlocking pavement / façade / wall tile systems. A third line is air-based advanced waste sorting for legacy waste, RDF, MSW, and mixed dry waste. Hours: Mon–Sat 09:00–18:00 IST.
