Acceptable use

Use Pulsar as a professional card and a memory of meetings you chose to keep. Do not use it to impersonate, harvest, or abuse other people.

These notices describe Pulsar Cards as Navidad Infotech Pvt. Ltd. operates it today. They are not a certification. Visiting a page does not execute a DPA or MSA. Hardware is optional and quoted by email — there is no public shop. A signed order or MSA issued by counsel prevails over these website terms for that customer to the extent of any conflict. Mandatory consumer rights are not excluded.

1. Purpose

This policy is part of the Terms of Use. We may suspend an account, remove a public card, or refuse a payload that breaks it.

2. What you must not do

  • Impersonate another person or organisation, or publish a card that is designed to deceive.
  • Upload or link to child sexual abuse material, or sexual content involving anyone 17 or under.
  • Publish malware, phishing, or instructions whose primary purpose is unauthorised access.
  • Scrape, harvest, or bulk-export other people’s cards or the directory beyond ordinary use of the product.
  • Circumvent rate limits, captcha, or honeypots, or credential-stuff accounts.
  • Enter a payment card number, PAN, or CVV into Pulsar fields. Those writes are refused.
  • Use Pulsar as a bulk SMS, WhatsApp, or email blaster. The product has no server send path for those channels.
  • Harass, stalk, or record people without a lawful basis you are willing to stand behind.
  • Violate applicable law, including privacy, intellectual-property, and export rules.

3. Public cards

A public card is identifying when you turn Contact on. You are responsible for the phone, WhatsApp, and address you publish. Search indexing stays off until you opt in.
