Create your card

These notices describe Pulsar Cards as Navidad Infotech Pvt. Ltd. operates it today. They are not a certification. Visiting a page does not execute a DPA or MSA. Hardware is optional and quoted by email — there is no public shop. A signed order or MSA issued by counsel prevails over these website terms for that customer to the extent of any conflict. Mandatory consumer rights are not excluded.

1. Agreement

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are a contract between you and Navidad Infotech Pvt. Ltd. (“Pulsar”, “we”, “us”). They apply when you browse pulsar.cards, create or use an account, publish a public card, or use the Pulsar mobile application.

Physical PRIME and ELITE cards are optional. There is no public checkout. Enquire at contact@pulsar.cards. Closing a Pulsar account does not cancel a hardware order that operations has already accepted.

If counsel later issues a signed master services agreement or order form for your organisation, that signed document prevails over these website Terms for that customer to the extent of conflict. DPA and MSA pages on this site are counsel drafts and are not executed by visiting them.

2. Who may use Pulsar

Pulsar is for adult professional use. You must be 18 or older. Signup on the website and the app requires you to confirm that fact. We do not knowingly create accounts for children.

If you accept these Terms for an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to bind that organisation. Join-pending and SSO-provisioned members remain subject to their organisation’s rules and these Terms.

3. The service we provide

Pulsar is a relationship-memory product. NFC cards, QR codes, and links are capture surfaces. The product you keep is the ability to reopen what you chose to record after a meeting.

We provide a hosted public profile, two-way exchange, an owner-scoped contact book, optional follow-up offers that open on your device, team brand kits, email-signature and virtual-background files you install yourself, and ops-issued invoices for quoted team work. We do not invent revenue from views. We do not scrape LinkedIn. We do not send commercial SMS, voice, or WhatsApp from our servers.

4. Accounts, security, and access

You must provide accurate account details and keep your password confidential. Sessions use an HttpOnly cookie. API access uses hashed tokens. We may rate-limit, require a captcha, or lock an address after repeated failures.

Organisation administrators may invite or provision members, apply a brand lock, and remove access. Pending join requests are not membership until accepted. We may suspend an account that presents a security, legal, or acceptable-use risk.

5. Your content and the licence you grant

You retain ownership of the name, photo, role, links, offers, notes, and other material you submit (“Your Content”). You grant Pulsar a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, transmit, and display Your Content solely to operate the service you enabled — including the public card URL you publish and share previews.

You represent that you have the rights needed to publish Your Content and that it does not infringe others or violate the Acceptable Use rules. We may remove content that we reasonably believe is unlawful or abusive.

6. Search engines

New profiles are not added to the public sitemap. Search indexing stays off until you turn it on in profile settings. Share previews can still work when a profile is not indexed. Turning indexing on is your instruction to treat pulsar.cards/yourname as a professional page.

7. Sharing and communications

Follow-ups, card share, SMS, and WhatsApp actions open the composer on your device (including wa.me links). Pulsar does not send those messages from our servers and has no bulk-send path. That is not a TRAI registration or a DLT header.

Transactional email (password reset, invoice notices) may be sent through Mailgun’s HTTPS API when that key is configured. We do not use SMTP on the production host. We do not place an open- or click-tracking pixel in email signatures.

8. Contact book and relationship memory

Notes, encounters, and follow-ups that you store are yours. You are the controller of that book. We host it so you can reopen it. We do not sell it. Owner-scoped queries keep another member from reading your private notes.

A rights ticket or account-close request from someone else does not automatically erase another person’s book. Organisation offboarding follows the organisation’s recorded membership, not a silent wipe of shared event leads.

9. Teams and organisations

Team workspaces may lock brand, directory visibility, and routing. Directory and OIDC join are the connectors we ship. SCIM is not built. Company analytics do not invent a deal size from page views.

10. Fees, invoices, and payment instruments

A personal Pulsar profile is free. Team and enterprise work is quoted. Invoices are issued by operations. Pulsar does not collect a payment card number, PAN, or CVV on Pulsar pages.

If operations later enables hosted checkout, settlement happens on Stripe Checkout or a Razorpay Payment Link. That processor handles the payment instrument. Enabling it does not make Pulsar a payment system or an RBI-authorised aggregator.

11. Hardware

NFC hardware is optional. The same live profile sits behind PRIME and ELITE. Price, stock, delivery, warranty, and returns for plastic or glass cards are quoted by email — there is no public shop. See the refunds policy.

12. Acceptable use

You must follow the Acceptable Use rules. We may suspend or close an account, remove a public card, or refuse a payload that violates those rules or applicable law.

13. Intellectual property

Pulsar software, design tokens, documentation, and marks are owned by Navidad Infotech Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors. These Terms do not sell you the software. See Copyright for notice-and-takedown.

14. Third-party services

WhatsApp, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, Apple Wallet, and similar tools are third parties. Virtual-background PNGs and signatures are files you download and install. We cannot attach them to Gmail or write into those apps for you.

Processors we use to run the product are listed in the Privacy Notice. Google Analytics loads only when operations sets a measurement ID. We do not run advertising pixels.

15. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, a particular meeting outcome, or fitness for a particular purpose, except warranties that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

This site does not hold a Type II audit report, a GDPR certificate, or a DPDP certificate. Pulsar is not an RBI-authorised payment system, prepaid-instrument issuer, or payment aggregator. It is not a TRAI-registered Principal Entity unless operations records a Principal Entity ID. We do not claim PCI certification.

16. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pulsar is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or lost goodwill, even if advised of the possibility.

Our aggregate liability for claims arising out of the software service is limited to the greater of (a) the fees you paid us for that software in the twelve months before the claim and (b) five thousand Indian rupees. This cap does not apply to liability that applicable law does not allow us to limit — including fraud, or death or personal injury caused by negligence, or non-excludable consumer guarantees.

If you bought hardware from us, remedies for that purchase follow the consumer law that applies to that sale, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 in India and applicable provincial law in Canada. Those rights are not waived by this paragraph.

17. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify Navidad Infotech Pvt. Ltd. and its directors and staff against claims arising from Your Content, your misuse of the service, or your breach of these Terms, except to the extent a claim is caused by our wilful misconduct.

18. Suspension, export, and closure

You may export or close your account from Settings when signed in. Anyone may open a privacy request. Completing a ticket does not itself export or erase data. Closure of a Pulsar account is not cancellation of a hardware enquiry or a signed hardware order.

We may suspend or terminate access for breach, legal risk, or prolonged inactivity after notice where notice is reasonably practicable.

19. Changes

We may update these Terms. The effective date at the top of this page will change. Material changes will be posted here. Continued use after the effective date is acceptance of the updated Terms, except where applicable law requires a different consent.

20. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts of competent jurisdiction in India have exclusive jurisdiction, except that you may bring a non-waivable consumer claim in the forum that mandatory law provides.

We have not published a registered-office city on this site. Do not treat a marketing page as a service-of-process address. Contact contact@pulsar.cards and we will give the statutory address that applies to a formal notice.
