Copyright and intellectual property

You own what you publish on your card. We own the software. If someone else’s work is on a Pulsar page without permission, write to us.

Effective 12 September 2026 · Version 2026-09-12 · Navidad Infotech Pvt. Ltd.

These notices describe Pulsar Cards as Navidad Infotech Pvt. Ltd. operates it today. They are not a certification. Visiting a page does not execute a DPA or MSA. Hardware is optional and quoted by email — there is no public shop. A signed order or MSA issued by counsel prevails over these website terms for that customer to the extent of any conflict. Mandatory consumer rights are not excluded.

1. Our rights

The Pulsar software, design system, documentation, and marks are owned by Navidad Infotech Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors. You may not copy the product, reverse-engineer it except where law allows, or imply a certification we do not hold.

2. Your rights

You retain ownership of Your Content. The licence you grant us is only to operate the service, as stated in the Terms of Use.

3. Copyright notice

Pulsar hosts user-published cards. If you are the owner of a copyright and you believe a card infringes it, send a notice to contact@pulsar.cards with: your contact details, the work claimed, the Pulsar URL, a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised, and a statement that the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or an authorised agent.

We may remove or disable the material. We do not invent a designated officer on this page. If operations later records a grievance officer on the Trust Center, that name will appear there and in the Privacy Notice.

This process is how we receive notices as a host. It is not a claim that Pulsar is a “significant social media intermediary” under Indian IT rules, and it is not a US DMCA registered-agent filing.

4. Counter-notice

If your card was removed and you believe the removal was mistaken, write to the same address with the URL, a statement of your good-faith belief, and your contact details. We may restore the material after considering the file. We are not a court.

5. Trademarks

Pulsar Cards and the pulsar mark are used by Navidad Infotech Pvt. Ltd.. Third-party names (WhatsApp, Zoom, and others) belong to their owners and are used only to describe interoperability.
