Cookie and similar technology notice

Pulsar uses cookies that keep you signed in and stop form abuse. We do not run an advertising pixel.

These notices describe Pulsar Cards as Navidad Infotech Pvt. Ltd. operates it today. They are not a certification. Visiting a page does not execute a DPA or MSA. Hardware is optional and quoted by email — there is no public shop. A signed order or MSA issued by counsel prevails over these website terms for that customer to the extent of any conflict. Mandatory consumer rights are not excluded.

1. What this notice covers

A cookie is a small file your browser stores. We also use session storage on the server attached to that cookie. This notice covers pulsar.cards. Third-party apps have their own notices.

2. Strictly necessary

These run because the product cannot sign you in or protect forms without them. They are first-party.

  • pulsar_session — HttpOnly, SameSite Lax, Secure on HTTPS outside development, lifetime of the browser session. Holds your login and captcha challenges.
  • CSRF token — stored in that session and echoed as a hidden field or meta tag so another site cannot submit our forms as you.
  • Captcha nonce and spent-nonce markers — short-lived, to stop scripted signup and inquiry.
  • Honeypot fields — not cookies; unused inputs that bots fill and humans do not.

3. Measurement

This deployment has not set ANALYTICS_GA_ID. The marketing layout does not load Google Analytics. If operations later sets a measurement ID, this notice still applies: IP anonymisation stays on, and we still do not run advertising pixels.

Product analytics for card owners are server-side aggregates and a daily-rotating IP hash. They are not a cookie dossier of strangers who glanced.

4. Advertising

We do not set advertising, retargeting, or social-pixel cookies. Email signatures do not carry an open-tracking pixel.

5. How to control cookies

You can block or delete cookies in your browser. Blocking pulsar_session will sign you out and will break captcha-backed forms. Mobile app storage is local to the device and is not this website cookie jar.
